Sericornis frontalis
This is a rather unusual pose for a White-browed Scrubwren and whereas they're normally seen skulking about on the forest floor or very low in bushes this one was a good height of the ground.
He may have been checking out the strange, large and somewhat damp creature attempting, but failing miserably, to quietly sneak through the scrub.
